Currently managing social media for Wayra, a real estate company based in Arequipa, Peru. I create content and oversee strategy for two of their residential projects, Terra and Vizione, crafting a cohesive brand presence that speaks to their shared audience and architectural vision.
Terra is a 14-story residential building in Arequipa, designed around a modern, minimalist concept. Spacious layouts, natural light, and open living spaces make it an ideal home for families and couples seeking a contemporary yet cozy lifestyle, complemented by shared common areas and breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes and campiña.
