Welcome to our Frezno residential building in the historic heart of Arequipa, where modern meets luxury while honoring the rich traditions of the past. Each space is thoughtfully designed to provide a harmonious blend of contemporary living and classic elegance, ensuring a cozy yet sophisticated.

For this logo, I drew inspiration from the “Fresno” tree that grows throughout Arequipa, the same tree that inspired the residence’s name. The design follows the naturally unstructured pattern of Fresno branches, using flowing line work to form the building’s name. This approach gives the logo a sense of organic growth while maintaining a deliberate, purposeful structure.
